Vitaliy Shulepov has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, having held senior positions at leading Ukrainian banks, where he was responsible for business development, sales organization, and the creation of retail banking divisions. In recent years, he has been actively developing digital divisions at TASCOMBANK and ASVIO Bank, where he was responsible for the comprehensive development of mobile banking solutions.
During his career, Vitalii has achieved significant results: he brought consumer lending to the #1 position in the market, organized the retail business of banks, and built a network of over 100 branches and 800+ points of sale.
Vitaliy’s appointment is an important step for NovaPay in strengthening customer service and developing modern financial solutions for the retail business segment.
